I am Jess and I am the founder of SERENITY, a solo business venture with the key aim to help as many people as possible. I have a burning passion and a wealth of knowledge to share that I believe can truly improve your life.
What qualifications do I have?
Over the last 10 years, I have completed an array of qualifications kicking things off with my degree in Business with Financial Management, though it did not take me long to head in a completely different direction to this.
Since graduating I have gone on to complete several courses including; Counselling and Psychotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindful Nutrition, Positive Psychology, and Crystal Healing. Sound Healing and Reiki are soon to be added to the list in 2023.
What motivates me to run Serenity with Jess?
I have a lot of personal experience with mental health, paired with an array of qualifications and a rather broad employment background. So I guess you might wonder, how did I get into crystals? But I have always been drawn to them ever since I was young. I didn't necessarily know what they were or how magical some of them can be. But I certainly have fond memories of collecting crystals from museums and finding pretty rocks on beaches. I lost touch with this side of myself for quite a few years, though it made a true resurgence in 2020, leading to running a successful crystal business. I am truly grateful to be able to do what I love every day and help others in the process.
